Turn what your business knows into answers.
Train it on your website, documents, menu and the answers you repeat every day. It replies in the customer’s language, takes orders and bookings in the chat, and hands over when your knowledge does not cover the question.

The same twelve questions, every evening
It is 9:40pm, the shop is shut, and a dozen people have asked what they ask every night — timings, delivery, price, returns. You already have every one of those answers written down somewhere. Keyda Bot is that writing, answering for you.
They get an answer now
Not in the morning. In their language, from your price list, at the moment they were going to give up and check somewhere else.
You stop retyping
The answer you have typed a hundred times gets typed once more, into the dashboard, and then never again.
Nothing is invented in your name
If it was not in what you gave it, the bot does not guess. It says so and passes the customer to you.
See it answer
A sample shop, trained the way yours would be. Pick a question the way a customer would — including one in Hinglish.
What just happened
- It read the question in whatever language it arrived in.
- It searched only this shop's content — never another business's, never the open internet.
- It answered from their words, in the language the customer used.
This is a scripted sample so you can see the shape of it. On your own site it answers from your content. Train one free →
How it answers
No magic and no guessing. It reads what you gave it, finds the part that matches the question, and writes the answer from that — and when nothing matches, it says so instead of inventing something.
Train it in an afternoon
Four kinds of thing go in, and they are not equal. An answer you wrote yourself beats everything else — use those for whatever must come out word for word.
Give it what you already have
Paste your website address and we read it. Upload a PDF price list, policy document or brochure. Type the ten answers you repeat every day. Fill a short form with your hours, address, payment methods and return policy — those become facts the bot never gets wrong.
Test it like a customer
The playground is the same engine your visitors will use. When an answer is wrong, save the right one — a saved answer beats everything else from then on.
Put it where your customers are
One line of code on your site. Or a shareable link and QR code for your Instagram bio, WhatsApp status or a sticker on the counter — no code at all.
Ask before you answer
Not every visitor should be answered straight away. A welcome flow is a short, fixed sequence the bot runs first — a greeting, their name, a number to reach them on, what they came for. You stack the steps in the dashboard; it runs in a straight line, and a visitor sees it once.
You find out who was asking
A chat with nobody's name on it is a customer you cannot ring back. The answers become the chat's title and contact — and, if you want, a lead with a status you move along as you work it.
Every later answer gets better
What the visitor tells you is handed to the AI as fact for the rest of the chat, so it uses their name and stays on the thing they actually came for.
Nobody gets trapped in it
Optional steps show a Skip button, a mistyped phone number gets one polite retry, and a visitor who asks a question instead of answering is answered first, then asked again.
Build one under Welcome flow in the dashboard, then try it in Test before you switch it on. Read the guide →
Take orders and bookings in the chat
Give it your menu, price list or services and it answers from them, shows what it talks about as cards with photos, and lets the customer act on it there and then — no app to install and no payment page. Customers pay you at the counter, the table, the door or the visit.
Cards come from your own list, and a typed order is read without AI when every dish is named plainly.
- Received
- Accepted
- Preparing
- Ready
Prices are checked again at the moment it is placed. Nothing is paid in the chat.
New order #1042 at Tandoor House — 5 items · ₹820 · pickup. Open it: keyda.in/business/app/…
The Orders screen chimes, an email goes out, and anyone who handles orders can turn on WhatsApp alerts for their own phone.
Bookings that cannot clash
List your services with how long each takes, set your hours, and customers book a free time without leaving the chat. You confirm it — or let every booking confirm itself.
- Only free times are shown. Your hours, slot length, chairs and closed dates decide what a customer can pick.
- The last place goes once. Two people choosing the same time at the same second cannot both get it.
- It comes back. The booking card stays in their chat, with Add to calendar, when they return days later.
- Notes stay with you. What a patient writes is never sent to the AI and never put in an email.

What makes it different
It answers in your customer's language
Pick the language your bot speaks — thirty to choose from, Hindi and Hinglish included — and it still answers each customer in the language they typed. This is the same language work behind the Keyda keyboard that millions of Indians type with.
It cannot make up a price
Answers come only from what you gave it. When your content does not cover a question, it says so and shows your phone, email or WhatsApp — a handover, not a guess.
It learns from what it missed
Unanswered questions collect in one list with a count. Answer the top one and every customer who asks it next gets it instantly.
Your data stays yours
Your content trains your bot and nothing else. It is never mixed with another business, and never with anything from the Keyda keyboard. Delete it and it is gone.
Installs wherever you already are
One script tag works on any website. Guides for the platforms most of our customers use, and a link that needs no installation whatsoever.
Questions owners ask us
Do I need a developer?
No for setup and no for the shareable link. Adding the script to your website is one copy-paste; if your site was built by someone else, send them the install page — it takes them a minute.
What if it does not know an answer?
It says so, in your customer's language, and shows the contact you chose — phone, email or WhatsApp. The question then appears in your unanswered list so you can teach it the answer for next time.
Will it invent prices or policies?
It is built not to. It answers only from the content you gave it, and we test that behaviour on every release. If it has nothing to go on, it hands over instead of guessing.
Can I stop it from running on other people's sites?
Yes. Add your domains in the dashboard and the bot will only answer on those. Your shareable link keeps working either way.
Can customers pay in the chat?
Not yet. Orders and bookings are placed in the chat and paid to you directly — at the counter, at the table, on delivery or at the visit. Nobody's card or UPI details pass through us.
Does it work for a clinic or a salon?
Yes. List your services with how long each takes, set your hours, and customers book a free time in the chat. Their notes are never sent to the AI.
How do I hear about a new order or booking?
The Orders and Bookings screens chime and show it straight away, and each one is emailed to your bot's contact email, or to the owners when there is none. Anyone on your team who handles orders can also turn on WhatsApp alerts for their own phone: a message for every new order and booking, and one reminder if it is still waiting. The message never includes the customer's name, phone, address or note.
What does it cost?
Nothing during early access — you get a monthly answer allowance, orders and bookings cost nothing and no plan limits them, and we will tell you well before anything changes. See pricing.
Is my content used to train anything else?
No. It trains your bot only. It is never pooled with other businesses and never touches the Keyda keyboard. See your data.
