Build your bot in 15 minutes
Go from a business name to a tested customer answer in one sitting. You only need a developer for the final website copy-paste—and the bot link and QR need no code at all.
1. Create the account
Go to Keyda Business and sign in with Google or your phone number. Give the business a name. That is what the assistant calls itself until you choose a different bot name in Install.
You finish this step with: an account and your first business workspace.
2. Add the facts customers need
Open Train → Business details and fill in the facts customers ask for most often:
- Opening hours and address.
- Phone, email and WhatsApp contact.
- Payment methods and delivery areas.
- Return, cancellation or other policies relevant to your business.
You finish this step with: the basic knowledge required for a useful first test.
3. Bring in what you already know
Open Train → Website & documents and add at least one source:
- Your website — paste its address and Keyda reads it along with the pages it can reach.
- A document — upload a PDF, Word file, text file, Markdown file or CSV. Price lists, policies and brochures all work.
- Pasted text — add useful information that does not live in a document or web page.
Then open Train → Q&A for anything that must be answered exactly as you wrote it. Saved answers outrank business facts, websites and documents.
You finish this step with: at least one source and any exact answers that matter most.
4. Test it like a customer
Open Test and ask the questions your customers actually send. Test a straightforward fact, a policy question and something in Hindi or Hinglish.
If an answer is wrong, use the teaching action beside that reply and save the correct answer. The next matching question uses what you wrote instead of generating a new reply.
You finish this step with: a bot you have challenged before a customer sees it.
5. Set the honest handoff
Before the bot can go live it needs somewhere to send a customer it cannot help. In Install, add at least one escalation contact:
- A phone number.
- An email address.
- A WhatsApp link.
The bot uses that contact when your content does not contain a reliable answer. It does not invent one to keep the conversation moving.
You finish this step with: the required fallback for questions outside your knowledge.
6. Go live
Switch the bot from Draft to Live. For a website, copy the one-line installation from Install → Website and paste it just before </body>:
<script src="https://keyda.in/business/widget.js"
data-key="kb_live_your_key_here" async></script>That is the complete website installation.
You finish this step with: a live assistant on your website, at a shareable link, or both.
7. Improve what it missed
Come back to Unanswered after customers have used the bot. Questions it could not answer are grouped by how often they were asked. Answer the most common ones first.
This is the operating loop:
- Customers ask.
- Keyda answers from your knowledge or hands over honestly.
- Missing questions collect in one place.
- You answer once, and the bot knows it next time.
You finish this step with: a bot that becomes more useful from real customer demand.
