How billing works
An AI answer counts when Keyda reads a customer question and produces a reply—including an honest cannot-answer response. Early access includes 200 a month, and the count resets on the 1st.
A reply served directly from an answer you saved is free and keeps working after the monthly AI allowance is reached.

What happens when I use my 200 free answers?
The bot tells customers it is taking a break, and your dashboard shows the plans. Pick one and it starts answering again straight away. Answers you have saved yourself keep working either way—those are free and are not counted.
What happens when early access ends?
We will email you before anything changes and you decide then. We will not put a card form in front of a working bot without warning.
What if I go over my answers?
The bot pauses for the rest of the month rather than running up a bill you did not agree to. Your dashboard shows the limit, and you can ask us to raise it.
Do questions it cannot answer count?
They count only when the AI read the question to decide. Replies served directly from answers you saved are free, and those answers keep working after the limit.
How will I pay?
By card, in US dollars, when paid plans begin. You will be told the exact amount and the date before anything is charged.
