How it answers
No magic and no guessing. It reads what you gave it, finds the part that matches the question, and writes the answer from that — and when nothing matches, it says so instead of inventing something.

Four kinds of thing go in, and they are not equal. An answer you wrote yourself beats everything else — use those for whatever must come out word for word.
Give it what you already have
Paste your website address and we read it. Upload a PDF price list, policy document or brochure. Type the ten answers you repeat every day. Fill a short form with your hours, address, payment methods and return policy — those become facts the bot never gets wrong.

Do I need a developer?
No for setup and no for the shareable link. Adding the script to your website is one copy-paste; if your site was built by someone else, send them the install page — it takes them a minute.
What if it does not know an answer?
It says so, in your customer's language, and shows the contact you chose — phone, email or WhatsApp. The question then appears in your unanswered list so you can teach it the answer for next time.
Will it invent prices or policies?
It is built not to. It answers only from the content you gave it, and we test that behaviour on every release. If it has nothing to go on, it hands over instead of guessing.
Can I stop it from running on other people's sites?
Yes. Add your domains in the dashboard and the bot will only answer on those. Your shareable link keeps working either way.
What does it cost?

Is my content used to train anything else?
