The bot link and QR code
Not everything is a website. If you have no site at all, this is the fastest way to be useful to customers — and if you do have one, it still works everywhere your website cannot go.
Your bot has its own page
Every bot has a link of its own:
https://keyda.in/business/chat/kb_live_your_key_hereIt is a full-screen chat that works on any phone or computer. Nothing to install, nothing to paste into a theme, no developer.
Find it on Install → Bot link in your dashboard, next to a QR code you can download and print.
Where to put the link
- Your Instagram or WhatsApp Business bio
- Your Google Business profile
- An email signature
- A WhatsApp broadcast or status
When you paste it into WhatsApp or Instagram, it unfurls with your bot's name and your welcome message rather than a bare grey card — the page carries its own title, description and colour.
Where to put the code
The QR downloads as a PNG you can hand to a printer or drop into a design.
- A sticker at the counter or on the door
- Packaging, receipts, invoices
- A table tent, a menu, a shelf talker
- A poster or a flyer
Three things make a printed code fail, and they are almost always the reason:
- Too small. Print it at 2 cm across or larger. Further away from the customer means bigger, not the same size.
- No white border. The blank margin around the code is not decoration — a scanner uses it to find the code at all. Do not crop it off.
- Tinted. Keep it black on white. A brand-coloured code, a code on a photo, or a light-grey code on white will not scan reliably, whatever it looks like on screen.
Scan it yourself with your own phone before you send anything to a printer.
Turning it off
The link is live while your bot is live. Take the bot back to draft on Overview and the page stops answering; a customer sees a neutral "chat is not available" message rather than anything about your account.
