Quickstart

Get an assistant answering your customers in about fifteen minutes. You do not need a developer for any of this except the final copy-paste, and even that is one line.

1. Create your account

Go to Keyda Business and sign in with Google or your phone number. Give your business a name — that is what the assistant will call itself unless you change it later.

2. Tell it about your business

Open Train and fill in the business details form: opening hours, address, phone, payment methods, delivery areas and your return policy.

These are the questions customers ask most, and answers from this form are treated as facts — the assistant will not paraphrase your opening hours into something else.

3. Give it your content

On the same screen, add at least one source:

  • Your website — paste your address and we read it, along with a few pages it links to.
  • A document — a PDF, Word file or text file. Price lists, policies and brochures all work.
  • Saved answers — type the questions you answer every day and the answer you would give.

Saved answers beat everything else, so use them for anything that must be exactly right.

4. Test it

Open Test and ask it what your customers ask. Try one in Hindi or Hinglish too.

If an answer is wrong, click Save this answer and write the correct one. From then on that question gets your answer, not a generated one.

5. Go live

Open Install. Before the bot can go live it needs two things:

  1. Some knowledge — at least one source or saved answer.
  2. Somewhere to send people it cannot help — a phone number, email or WhatsApp link.

Then flip it to Live and copy your one line of code:

<script src="https://keyda.in/business/widget.js"
        data-key="kb_live_your_key_here" async></script>

Paste it just before </body> on your website. That is the whole installation.

No website, or not ready to touch it? The Install page also gives you a bot link and a QR code. Put it in your Instagram bio or on a sticker at the counter — it works with no installation at all.

6. Come back next week

Open Unanswered. Every question the bot could not answer is waiting there, most-asked first. Answer the top few and your bot is measurably better — that loop is where a good assistant actually comes from.
