Vale dois minutos do seu tempo, porque explica por que o bot se comporta do jeito que se comporta — e por que às vezes ele recusa.
A ordem em que a busca é feita
- Suas respostas salvas. Se a pergunta corresponder de perto a uma que você salvou, o cliente receberá as suas palavras. Sem IA envolvida, sem reescrita.
- Detalhes do seu negócio. Horários, endereço, políticas e formas de pagamento do formulário de Treinamento são fornecidos à IA como fatos.
- Seu conteúdo. Buscamos nas páginas e documentos do seu site os trechos mais relevantes para a pergunta e os repassamos também.
A IA então escreve uma resposta usando apenas esses materiais.
O que acontece quando ele não sabe
Se o seu conteúdo não cobrir a pergunta, o assistente não adivinha. Ele responde com a sua mensagem padrão e mostra o contato que você configurou — seu telefone, e-mail ou WhatsApp.
A pergunta é registrada em Não respondidas, junto com a contagem de quantas pessoas a fizeram.
Idiomas
Your bot has a language of its own, chosen on Install → Language your bot speaks. The chat window — its button, placeholders and notices — is drawn in that language, and the bot answers in it by default. Thirty languages are available, from English, Hindi and Hinglish to French, Arabic, Japanese and Brazilian Portuguese. Write your welcome and fallback messages in the language you pick.
Then there is the visitor. By default the bot mirrors whoever is typing, message by message: a French shop's bot answers an English question in English and the next French one in French. A customer who types "bhai delivery kitne din me hoga" gets a Hinglish answer whatever the bot's own language is. Prices, names, times and links stay exactly as you wrote them; only the wording around them changes.
If you would rather always be able to read what your bot says, switch If a visitor writes in another language to Always reply in … and every answer stays in your language.
Two things to know. Your saved answers are repeated word for word, so they come out in the language you wrote them in. And a message that shows no language at all — a product name, a number — is answered in the bot's own language.
Por que uma resposta pode estar errada
- Seu conteúdo diz algo diferente do que você pretendia. Pesquise nas suas fontes pela frase e corrija-a, ou adicione uma resposta salva, que tem prioridade sobre tudo.
- A página do site não pôde ser lida. Algumas páginas são construídas inteiramente por scripts e aparecem em branco. Em vez disso, envie um documento ou digite os fatos principais como respostas salvas.
- O documento era longo. Arquivos muito grandes são lidos até um limite; você verá uma nota na fonte quando isso acontecer. Divida-o em documentos menores.
